Impact Your World!

Who We Are

We are just like you. Men and women who want to be a positive force in our personal relationships as well as on the world around us. In small ways, one-on-one, we improve our towns and cities, our state and our nation. The Order of Eastern Star stretches across the globe and members are able to find like-mind individuals to share a conversation and to labor side-by-side in service and charity.

What We Do

We are service-minded individuals organizing and participating in service projects that have a positive impact in our communities as well as our world. We support a variety of charities. Overall, the Masonic organizations contribute more than one million dollars a day in charitable endeavors. One widely known charity is Shriners Hospitals for Children. The Order of the Eastern Star supports service dogs, such as in the state of New Mexico, supporting Paws and Stripes.

Supporting our Veterans and Active Military

We are your neighbors in twenty-five communities across New Mexico who support our active military and veterans in a variety of ways.

Operation Soldier Smiles, Inc. – the Alamogordo-based non-profit delivering care packages specifically to troops stationed away from the comforts of an established base

Paws and Stripes – Saving lives two at a time by matching veterans with trained service dogs

Scholarships

We award scholarships to students attending college as well as those in seminary in the belief that higher education leads to greater opportunities and enriched communities through better lives.
