Los Alamos Chapter #63 proves that you can have fun and give back to your community at the same time. They are making blankets to donate to local First Responders. 132 blankets for the First Responders and LAPD in Los Alamos, also gave 30 of them to a Preschool that one of our members daughter goes to; 20 more to VIC, Veterans Integration Center in ABQ; Los Alamos Kawanis received 20, also 15 blankets were also delivered to Los Alamos’ First Born Program for its toddler graduation program. They were so pleased, especially with the wonderful designs on the blankets.
