Santa Fe chapter, working with Los Alamos Chapter, made similar gifts in support of Paws and Stripes as did Los Alamos chapter. A large lap quilt with gift basket will be donated to a graduating veteran and their companion from Paws and Stripes. Paws and Stripes provides animal assisted therapy to military veterans with PTSD, MST, and TBI using rescue dogs. Paws and Strips has for their vision “Saving lives, two at a time,” as each service animal that is trained comes from a shelter.
